Of our 86 forests 68 are ‘Forest Partnerships’ typically made up of 25 to 35 investors investing between $30,000 and $250,000 over the life of the forest. The benefit of a partnership is the tax benefits of a forest investment are available to the investors.

Private investments can be made by an individual investor or a small consortium. Typical investments span fro.m NZ$1,500,000 to NZ$10million. Investors own the forest and freehold land. Private investments with inputs from NZ$ 3 million over the forest’s rotation can be custom tailored to suit your financial plan.

An Equity Partnership is typically made up of 4 to 8 partners investing a minimum of $250,000. Equity Partnership investments are available only to qualified or experienced investors as defined by the New Zealand securities act 1978.
