Malthouse Forest Partnership

Malthouse Forest Partnership was the 29th forest established by Roger Dickie. In 2003 Malthouse had an estimated net stocked area of 214.9 hectares.

The Malthouse Forest Partnership was created in March 1994. Planting took place in winter of 1994. Harvesting is forecast to commence in 2021.

The Malthouse Forest is situated 6km on State Highway 2 North of Wairoa, 5 km down Waiatai Road and 98 km from Gisborne.Partners are welcome to visit the property at any time.
