Young Nicks Forest Partnership was the 63rd forest established by Roger Dickie. In 2003 Young Nicks had an estimated net stocked area of 178.8 hectares.

The Young Nicks Forest Partnership was formed October 1997. Planting of the property took place in 1979, 1990, 1995 and 1997. The first harvest is forecast to commence in 2003.

Young Nicks Forest is situated 28 km south of Gisborne. Access to the property is gained from State Highway 2 via Williams Road near Muriwai. Partners are welcome to visit the property at any time.
