Our company has purchased 8 forest properties (8,000 acres) through Roger Dickie (NZ) Ltd since 1994. All of the properties are located close to either the Port of Gisborne or Napier. The land in this area appeals to us because of its location, fertility and contour. All of the properties were purchased as part of a long term investment in forestry.
